It's now 4am and I juz finished with the general packing, all thanzx to Christian for coming over to help me and even solved my big prob of bringing only one hand carry by lending me his bag. *whew* otherwise tmr will be another "sweat" day trying to figure how to rearrange the stuff in my luggage. I am praying hard tt my luggage is not gg to get overwt coz i already spent a bulk shipping my books back. This afternoon when i was clearing my mailbox i suddenly received the postcard which i supposed to send to my Dad in Sgp. I sent the mail from LV airport before flying back to Seattle tt nite, and I am really appalled to receive the mail. Christian and Rashidah felt tt it's becoz the American system is to write the address From who first and To who, whereas i reversed it. I totally felt it was off man, coz firstly, I paid 75cents for overseas postage, not local postage, secondly, I sent so many postcards in the past writing the address in the same manner and those mails reached the recipents successfully ( but all those were sent from Seattle... does tt mean tt LV postman operate so differently from Seattle postman???). Anyway, at least the mail reached me before i flew back, otherwise I wouldnt be able to account for my missing mail. I already planned what to do tmr morning, have a nice bubble bath and clear all the remaining rubbish and den eat something before taking the shuttle. If time allows, perhaps I can skype a call or two. Recently I have been so busy that I din really ve time to appreciate my remaining time in Seattle, however no matter how things so, Seattle will forever remain the next most liveable plasce in my heart. I know I will definitely miss the really good life I had here, thanzx to all the GIPple for all the care and concern u guys given me, I know i cant be anymore fortunate than this. It's now time to wake up from this most sweet dream that I ever had, and to return back to reality, where i belong. It's not easy to have sweet dreams, neither it's easy to get out of it, but I know i will have to. Reverse cultural shock might affect me, but I know I will get through. =P Finally finishing my 3rd tub of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream. It's the first time I felt tt eating ice-cream is a chore man... Haha... I guess some of the food in the fridge would ve to go to waste already...
