Been waiting for this day so long and finally during the spring break the trees blossomed. Took some pics on the sunday before the spring quarter started. Never expected to see cherry blossoms in US, coz i tot only in Japan then can we find these trees, like maple trees in Canada. It's a pity that i din managed to see Maple Trees in Canada, otherwise I would root the whole tree and import it back so that I will have unlimited supply of Maple Leaves for bookmarks... Haha! Kidding man! It's a beautiful sight!!! There were lots of pple who went to snap pics and there were some who were picnicking there. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Went to Space Needle after tt. It’s really spectacular up there. Even better than the observatory tower I went in Vancouver. 360 degree view of Seattle from the Space Needle and there are binoculars which are the really good ones (FOC!!!) and they enable me to see even pedestrians on the streets quite some distance away. Weather was considered good so I was able to catch the mountain range in the distance. But it’s really windy when I went out for the bird’s eye view of Seattle and I felt I was gg to freeze anytime soon as I din wore much ( thought it’s already springtime but I forgot totally about the altitude). Had a cup of hot white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. Initially intended to get an ice-blended but the cashier looked kind of surprised when he said they don’t sell ice-blended there. Luckily for that, otherwise I would be frozen in and out. However, I din managed to star gaze coz the sky was too cloudy. Felt a bit disappointed only for that part but overall the trip to Space Needle was still worth it as it’s really nice view from there. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RighT HeRe wAitIng FoR yOU @ 2:02 PM + + + *HUGS* TOTAL! give StaR_LinG more *HUGS* Get hugs of your own |
