  Cute arent they??? There were lots of them when Simon, Jiaxiang and I went to sch to borrow lib books one of the sat morning few weeks ago. It was really a cool sight to have these squirrels running across the greeneries, unlike in sgp whereby we will mostly spot rats running around rather than those cute squrriels. I can still recall the funny incident whereby I was on the way to work to OCBC building at Raffles Place when we saw something scurrying pass us. It was after the small little thing has passed(close shave) us that we realised what was it. We had this human reaction time error so we neither scream nor jump at all (might be an awful sight to do tt in such a crowded place... haha!). Seattle 21 Jan Went to Boeing Company for a tour with my gip frens. Our vans were parked at grass patches, so anyone can guess how rich this company has become. No cameras were allowed and we the Singaporeans, had obediently obliged by the rule so we din ve any pics for keepsake at all. We went to the souvenir shop first and I was pretty overwhelmed by the airplanes models there. I was pretty much tempted to buy one (quite surprisingly for someone like me rite? who had tot that Airbus was the Bus that brings u to the Airplane... Oh man!) but was held back by the price. The guys were like saying it's cheap as compared to those outside retail prices. We went for a guided tour around the manufacturing area, but coz it's a sat, so the whole area was not in operation. We saw the speeded up process on how they built the airplanes on screen thou, but that was a pretty back-dated video. Haha! The entrance fee was considered pretty steep coz they were like the monopoly, being the only airplane manufacturing company in the world to conduct tours. Though it was nothing exciting, but i enjoyed the afternoon spent there with my group of frens. On the van to Boeing... ( these 2 pics is all we had)

Seattle 22 Jan
Seattle 23 Jan I went down late for dinner and was surprised to see a guest joining us for dinner. They were waiting for me to start dinner so i chop chop scooped all the rice from the rice-cooker onto my plate and posed for a pic with them before we started our dinner. I was actually puzzled as to y they left so much rice for me, but nevertheless i never voiced it out and decided that i would juz finish it up anyway. When I was almost finishing my rice, I finally couldnt hold my curiosity and decided to ask them the qn and they replied that not all the rice were meant for me. I was supp to juz scoop the amt i wanted and leave the rest for them to refill if necessary. However, when they saw that i had got it all out, they tot i was very hungry so they din bothered to stop me anyway. It's was so damn funny and the most surprise thing was that i was able to finish all the rice. *whew* Told my mum and she was luffing away, bet she muz be damn happy to hear tt i m not starving over here. *lolx* Seattle 24 Jan Went shopping at Safeway again... Shopping at supermarkets has become one of our routine, and we all are getting better with prices now. Uncles and Aunties in training. *lolx* Bought lots of stuff, but all are juz junk food, like chocolates, Lay's potato chips, frozen pizza, milk... Been spending more on such stuff den on my staple food, but dun tink i am growing sideways at all... Had myself locked out of my room at 5am in the morning. Stupid thing to do to myself when i hadnt even done my tutorial for the morning lesson which i had to hand in the morning. Found myself in a mess man. Luckily was able to sleep in Sheila's room, otherwise i can go watch the sunrise in the freezing weather ALONE. Seattle 25 Jan Had lunch at Fiuts again... This time there were fortune cookies served as Chinese New Year was nearing. I love the crackers ever since i tried the first one at the ChinaFirst Restaurant with my dining grp. That time my slip of paper was "You will meet a new friend today". I ate the first fortune cookie at fiuts and there were toto numbers at the back(which i obviously din bother much... haha) , den i saw the wordings on the paper. Quite cute predictions. *Grinzx* I went to grab 2 more cookies, and after a while all the cookies were gone before i could lay my hands on the 4th, 5th, etc cookies... *wasted* haha!!! Me and Qing was invited to join Pei ru, Hwee Chuan, Yu Liang and Jiehua for dinner as wed is my dining grp official off day coz all of us have late lessons. Really feel very privileged to be invited coz could use eye-power and then wait to be served good food. They can really whipped up a sumptuous meal man! Had peanut butter cum orange juice dong fen, baked potato chips, chicken, jap style curry , mushrooms, pork(or izzt beef??) patty (which taste like Mac's breakfast kind). After dinner we had lay's chip and dreyer's ice-cream. *yUmmY* Went into zzz-mood after tt... din had enuff slp the previous night due to the lock-out so i decided to leave my studies aside and went to zzz pretty early. Seattle 26 Jan Went to IMA supposedly for gym but din exercise after Sheila gave a brief orientation as i found it too much a burden with lots of stuff on me. Lousy excuse... I was plain lazy. Went into zzz mood till dinner time. First time pairing up with Sheila to cook dinner and it was kinda interesting. We were supp to make potato dunno what but end up after much elaborate preparation, we din managed to get it done the way we wanted so we had to redeem ourselves. Luckily i found a packet of ma-po tou fu premix ingredients so we managed to revive our close to failure situation. Rox man!
